Published AI and CRM work
Mangal Prabhat's knowledge portal and GreenAct India's feedback analysis are the published AI builds, and SVP Worldwide's Dynamics 365 build, delivered with Coresolute LLC, included Copilot for lead scoring. Chanel and OSM Worldwide are Salesforce engagements, not AI work. Every logo opens its case study.
Lets Score Your CRM for AI readiness
The AI adoption readiness checklist is an Excel workbook with three sheets: marketing, sales and customer support. Each sheet has ten items you score from one to ten, and totals a score per team. It is a self-assessment, not an audit. Every sheet tests the same five things:
Nobody calls unless you ask. The workbook is yours to keep.
Data
Whether customer, prospect and ticket data is clean, structured and in one place.
Process and metrics
Whether sales stages, qualification criteria, SLAs and KPIs are defined before AI acts on them.
Integration
How well the CRM connects to your marketing, email, calling and support tools.
Current tooling
The automation, analytics and AI you already run, and how much of it gets used.
Team and leadership
Whether the team will act on AI suggestions, and whether training, budget and sponsorship exist.
AI on all five platforms, and where we build
Four of the five platforms ship AI under their own names, and the names keep changing. Much of the agent work is billed by usage, in credits, not by seat. We set up the one you run, and plan the usage first.
Salesforce Agentforce
Agents that qualify leads, draft follow-ups and answer routine cases from your Salesforce records.
Microsoft Copilot
Lead scoring and record summaries inside Dynamics 365, plus Copilot Studio agents for repeat work.
HubSpot Breeze
Breeze Assistant for research and content, plus Agent Hub agents for chat and prospecting.
ServiceNow Otto
The AI formerly called Now Assist, for case summaries, resolution notes and knowledge answers.
Open-source CRM
Little AI ships in the box, so we connect the model you choose.
Custom agents
Built where the platform's AI stops, like our published knowledge portal and sentiment classifier.
All six read the same CRM records. The readiness review checks those records before anything goes live.
How Vegacompass AI CRM Consulting Works
Six deliverables, in running order. Your readiness review decides which ones you need:
AI readiness review
We check duplicates, field completeness, stage definitions and access rules, then write down what must change before AI goes live.
Use-case shortlist
We rank the jobs worth automating, from lead scoring to case summaries, and drop those your data cannot support yet.
Native AI setup
We configure the AI already inside your platform, from prompts and knowledge sources to the actions an agent may take.
Custom agent build
We build the agent no native tool covers, such as document search or feedback analysis, and connect it to your CRM.
Guardrails and permissions
We set what each agent can read, what it can change, and when it must hand off to a person.
Adoption and measurement
We roll the tools out team by team, train people on their own records, and track who actually uses them.
AI is Ready, But What About Your Data, Process, & Team
An AI pilot demos well on tidy sample records. Then it meets the real CRM: duplicate accounts, empty fields, stages each rep reads differently, a handoff nobody wrote down. The answers come back wrong, the team stops trusting them, and the pilot stalls.
We start with the records, the process and the permissions, before anyone switches a model on. Then we set up the AI your platform already has: Agentforce, Copilot, Breeze or Otto. A custom agent comes last, for the job no native tool covers.
We are CRM-only, and for AI, that is the point. An agent inside a CRM inherits its objects, its permissions and its automations, so the CRM work is most of the AI work.

GreenAct India: AI sentiment analysis, wired into case management
GreenAct India, a green-services organization, wanted faster, more accurate insight from survey, email and social media feedback. We automated the sentiment analysis and tied it to its cases.
The build, in four parts:
- AI sentiment analysis that processes customer feedback from surveys, email and social media.
- Automatic classification of each piece of feedback as positive, negative or neutral, against criteria set in advance.
- An integration with GreenAct's case management platform, so feedback is analyzed in real time.
- Monitoring tools for sentiment trends, used to plan how the team engages its community.
Results, as the published case study states them:
more efficient feedback analysis, with quicker responses to community needs
fewer manual errors, as sentiment classification became more accurate

Three AI products our own CRM team has built:
AI-native CRM Partner for Revenue Operations
Four reasons teams bring their CRM AI work to us:
Partnered on AI and CRM
We are a Claude partner. On the CRM side: Salesforce Consulting Partner; Microsoft Solutions Partner, Business Applications; HubSpot Certified Partner; Certified Partner of ServiceNow.
The advisor builds the agent
The consultant who recommends an agent also builds it, then watches the usage numbers. Advice gets careful when the advisor inherits the result.
Audited on security and privacy
An agent reads customer records, so who handles them matters. We are ISO/IEC 27001 Certified, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR Compliant and HIPAA Ready.
One approach across five CRMs
If you run more than one CRM, one team covers all five platforms, so guardrails and measures stay the same everywhere.
