Proven Strategies to Increase Customer Retention & Drive Revenue
We leverage technology, processes and people to build a scalable customer success plan utilizing your preferred Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Inside the CRM you own
The score, the plays, and the renewal views go into the CRM your team opens every day. If the CRM can carry it, you license nothing new.
One team designs and builds
The people who weight your health score also configure it. No design changes hands here, so it reaches the CRM as agreed.
Service and success, one record
We also build case management, so support cases and health signals sit on one account record. Nothing needs stitching together later.
AI, once the signals hold
CRM AI-Elements reads sentiment in case text. AI Agent Salesman suggests the next cross-sell. If you prefer Agentforce, Copilot, or Breeze, we set those up instead.
TDECU: onboarding to renewal, run from Dynamics 365
TDECU, a Texas credit union, ran its insurance operations on legacy systems that kept member records apart. We moved onboarding, product tracking, renewals, and cross-selling into one Dynamics 365 system.
What went into the CRM:
- Member onboarding workflows that carry personal details, account history, and product ownership into one member record.
- Automated workflows for renewal notifications, sales tracking, and product recommendations, running from onboarding through to renewal.
- Cross-sell recommendations drawn from the products each member owns and the interests they have stated.
- An automated deduplication routine inside Dynamics 365 for records merged from several legacy systems.
Results, as the published case study states them:
more product cross-selling, from matching products to member profiles and interests
less duplicate data, through automated tracking, highlighting, and removal

The handoff from sales is one call and a forwarded thread. From there, the account lives outside the CRM: onboarding in a spreadsheet, usage in the product database, complaints in the ticketing tool. Nobody sees all three. We have seen it in insurance, financial services, and software.
The CRM's only warning is the cancellation email. We put the lifecycle in first: post-sale stages, owners, renewal dates, and the signals behind them. The health score comes second, automation and AI third. A score fed by half the signals turns green on accounts that are leaving.
What Our Customer Success Work Covers
Six parts. We build the ones you lack and leave what already works:
Lifecycle and handoff audit
We map each post-sale stage, its owner, and what survives the handoff from sales, then mark where the record goes quiet.
Signal integration
We connect product usage, support cases, and billing status to the account record, and scope heavy integration as its own project.
Health score setup
We configure a weighted health score your CSMs can open and check, then build the at-risk view and renewal dashboard on it.
Onboarding and adoption tracking
We set up onboarding milestones and adoption measures on the account, so a stalled rollout shows up long before the renewal.
Renewal and expansion plays
We automate the plays ahead of each renewal: scheduled check-ins, a task when health drops, an alert on an expansion signal.
Feedback loop
We feed NPS and CSAT results into the health score, send a poor one to the account owner, and report the themes.
When this work fits, when a platform fits, when neither does
Our consultants work across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, ServiceNow, and open-source CRM. No vendor pays us for a license, and no customer success platform does either. We can afford to tell you which you need, or that you need neither:
Running renewals from a shared spreadsheet
The contract dates sit in the CRM. The renewal work does not: who is calling whom, which accounts look shaky, what was promised. Any of the five platforms can hold it. That is configuration, and ours to do.
A yes, almost always.
See the four stepsWeighing a dedicated customer success platform
Gainsight, ChurnZero, and Totango earn their cost when product usage is heavy and the CSM team is large. With less of either, the CRM you own carries the score, dates, and plays. We weigh both against your data.
The data decides this one.
See CRM selection consultingBlaming the CRM for rising churn
Two kinds of churn look alike. In one, the warnings existed but never reached the CRM. We fix that. In the other, customers leave over product, price, or a stretched onboarding team, and no CRM work touches it.
Find out which, first.

Tell us your CRM, how many accounts each CSM carries, and where renewals are tracked. We reply with a time for thirty minutes, and if the CRM is not your problem, you hear that.

- A scoped proposalWe scope and quote the audit by itself. The build gets its estimate from the diagnosis.
