Real Clients, Real CRM Work

We implement CRM for teams in fintech and logistics. These logos are our clients.

The Practice

A CRM Implementation Built Around Your Process, Not the Default

Most CRM implementations start with the vendor's default setup. Ours start with how your team actually sells, markets, and services. We map that first, then configure the CRM to match it, not the other way around.

We handle both greenfield builds and re-implementations. A greenfield build means the CRM is new to your organization. The process, the data model, and the team's habits are all being set for the first time. A re-implementation means an existing CRM is being rebuilt, often because the first setup never matched how the team actually works.

We are CRM-only. We sell none of the platforms we implement, so our scope recommendation is not shaped by a license target. If your process needs three modules, we implement three. If it needs one, we say so.

Greenfield or rebuildBoth start the same way: your process first.

What's Included

What a CRM Implementation Covers

Every implementation engagement includes the following, scoped to what your process actually needs:

01

Process Mapping

We document how your team sells, markets, and services today, before any configuration starts.

02

Data Model Design

We design the objects, fields, and relationships your process actually needs, not the platform default.

03

Configuration & Build

We configure the CRM to the mapped process, using declarative options first and custom code only where the case is real.

04

Integration Points

We connect the CRM to the other systems your process touches, so data does not live in two places.

05

Data Migration

We move your existing records into the new setup without losing history or duplicating accounts.

06

User Adoption

We train your team around how they will actually use the CRM day to day, not a generic walkthrough.

Delivery

From Process Map to Live System

Here is how a typical implementation runs, start to finish:

01

Discovery

We map your process and audit any existing CRM data before designing anything.

02

Design

We design the data model and configuration, reviewed with your team before we build.

03

Build & Migrate

We configure the system and migrate your data, in reviewed increments, not one big-bang release.

04

Adopt & Tune

We support the rollout and tune the setup against real usage in the first weeks.

Why VegaCompass

Why Teams Choose Us for Implementation

What a CRM-only implementation partner gets you that a generalist cannot:

CRM Is All We Do

We are likely one of the few consultancies worldwide that works in CRM alone. Implementation is not a side practice for us.

Process First

We map your process before we configure anything. The CRM follows how you work, not the reverse.

We Sell None of Them

We are not paid a license margin on any platform. Scope follows your process, not our commission.

Delivery-Backed

The consultants who scope the implementation are the same ones who build it. No gap between the plan and the system.
