About the role
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce CRM applications using Apex, Visualforce pages, Salesforce Lightning, and other tools. The Salesforce Developer will work with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions, as well as maintain and update the existing Salesforce CRM applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Enterprise-level 1+ years of experience in Salesforce application development with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce customization.
- Experience with designing and implementing custom objects, formula fields, workflows, data validations, triggers, and custom HTML emails in Salesforce.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management policies, including change set management and testing practices.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and compliance policies.
- Experience in Salesforce Integrations (APIs), Visual Studio Code, and Git is a plus.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
